How to use the Centre

The Lower Earley Family Contact Centre is accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres (NACCC) www.naccc.org.uk

For Parents:

If you are thinking of using the Lower Earley Family Contact Centre, this is what you need to do:

  1. Contact the centre by telephone on 07932014766 to discuss your needs and if/how we can help you.

  2. We will tell you whether we have a space available or if you need to be placed on a waiting list (we can give an idea of how long the wait may be but that is not a guarantee)

  3. Once a space is available, we’ll send an email with a referral form and a copy of the rules to both parties. The email will also contain dates, times and directions to the centre.

  4. Both parties need to download, complete and scan or photograph the forms and send them back as attachments via email. (Photographs embedded into the email will not be accepted).

  5. When we have received both completed referral forms, we will arrange a date for a video call pre-visit interview.

For solicitors and other third-parties:

Contact the centre by telephone on 07932014766 to discuss if/how we can help your client.
